When we learned in early 2021 that Apple would release AirTag in April, our design team quickly came up with the idea of using this technology to track and locate pets. To this end, we quickly developed a prototype of the AirTag pet collar and introduced it to our customers. The feedback arrived almost immediately, and a customer expressed clear improvement requirements:

01 Secure the AirTag firmly to the collar to prevent excessive shaking.

02 Ensure that AirTag does not detach during pet running or vigorous activity.

03 Design collars to withstand tensile forces exceeding 100 kilograms. 

04 Balance the luxury of genuine leather with the comfort and protection of pet necks.

Our design and R&D team has proposed several innovative solutions to meet these requirements. Through close coordination between the business team and the client, we have refined the design through multiple rounds of testing and adjustments. In the end, we completed the product design and obtained a design patent. This customized AirTag pet collar has been steadily produced and sold for over three years, receiving high praise from numerous customers. This project demonstrates our ability to provide highly customized products that meet both functional and aesthetic needs, strengthening our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
